Perfect I just have the best stay and the stuff are the most friendly people I’ve seen

It's a great location. Quiet, but near the shops and seafront. Very helpful staff and a comfortable room. Not a big room, but what you'd expect for a period property like this. The place itself is very stylish and well decorated.

I had a newly refurbished room which was very nice and had a large balcony facing the sea. But the highlight of the property is the staff, all helpful, kind and friendly.

Had a great welcome and comfortable stay with Susie and Telly at The 21. Fabulous breakfasts. Great location close to the seafront and within walking distance of the centre of Brighton. Plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby.

Great hotel, great staff, they could not do enough for us, room was perfect, everything we needed was in the room, very close location to pier,to the beach and to some great bars and restaurants , recommend this hotel for your stay in Brighton

All staff were very friendly and helpful. Extremely willing to help us in any way they could. Full of great recommendations for food and things to do. A special mention for James who looked after us amazingly throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Only thing to be aware of is there is no lift if you have baggage but staff were very willing to assist. Otherwise I have nothing but praise for the property. Clean, quiet, friendly, everything you need for a weekend away from the norm to enjoy the great food and nightlife in the city and on the sea front. Check in was friendly, helpfull, and painless. Will definitely be visiting colson house again!
