"The property was immaculate in the manner it was presented , such great attention to details , with amusing chairs in the dining room. The staff were welcoming & very helpful throughout our stay. The bedroom was an excellent size , with excellent facilities. The accommodation is well situated for eating out and the town & beach . We hope to stay here again."
"My wife and I had a wonderful stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable and very conveniently located. The only tiny, tiny complaint I can make is that the bed was really firm. However, I would stay there again. Everything else was great."

"We had a wonderful stay. The staff were all so friendly and helpful without exception. The location is great and our room exceeded our expectations. The pool was out of use during our visit but that was no fault of the hotel staff. We loved Brighton and would stay here again."
"Once again staying at a Holiday Inn Express and their air con was ‘temporarily’ not working - the one in Portsmouth has been temporary for about three years! Other than that great"
"My stay at the Queens Hotel was generally very nice. The overall experience, cleanliness, and hospitality were pleasant, and it provided a comfortable base.
However, my only real drawback was during the peak of the hot summer weather. When I kindly asked the front desk if they could help replace or provide a more effective fan for the room, they unfortunately didn't manage to help. The fan provided wasn't up to the job of keeping the room cool during the heatwave, which made it a bit difficult to sleep comfortably.
Aside from that one hiccup with room temperature control during hot weather, everything else was good. With a bit more attention to guest comfort during warm spells, this would easily be a 5-star stay."
"Perfect accommodation. I would highly recommend. Staff friendly and helpful, lovely clean room with everything you would need, close to the station and a great breakfast. I will definitely stay there again."
"The room was very clean except for the armchair which is in need of a shampoo. Everything else was fine, plenty of tea, coffee etc. My only real concern was that on the morning of check out, someone, presumably a housekeeper, opened my door then left again. I found this worrying because it was well before check out time, I was in the shower and I was a woman alone and defenceless. I thought I had double locked the door but obviously it can still be opened by staff."
"The hotel room was stunning and the bed was very comfortable. My only is every time we called down to reception it always took several attempts to get hold of someone."
"The hotel was lovely - such a relaxing atmosphere and lovely rooms. The staff were super friendly, helpful and responsive.
The location is ideal - 15 minute walk in a straight line from the station, over the road from the beach and 5 minutes to the lanes.
This was the best hotel spa I’ve ever been to - well worth the extra £10 to use. Large swimming pool, hydrotherapy pool, two hot tubs, sauna, steam room and calm chill out area.
Will definitely be visiting again!"
