We didn't sleep well as there were a lot of noises (fan switching on and off constantly until turned off, aeroplanes from 5am) and the bed was incredibly hard, which is a shame because the pillows were good and the room decor/layout was pleasing. The breakfast buffet was definitely one of the better I've had in my life so that rescued the score from being subpar.

Perfect for pre airport stay

Lovely choice for being so close to Bristol Airport. Lovely people on reception both on arrival and departure. Bed was so comfy.

Just an overnight stay while visiting Bristol and enjoyed it. Restaurant is excellent. Having onsite gym spa is very useful and good to offset the restaurant indulgence.

Great hotel and spa

Staff were brilliant, spa was fantastic, room very nice. Only thing is the restaurant was already fully booked and the menu was very meaty. They did allow a take out though! The outdoor jacuzzi and relaxation room were a highlight

Room was lovely and the staff super attentive on check in even though there was a lost booking between them and Expedia. Marco Pierre White staff were lovely and sang happy birthday for our friend with a brownie and cake which was a nice touch. The spa pool area has no indoor relaxation beds which was a shame but the treatment with Becky made up for it-fab massage! Staff in the Spa and lounge there equally lovely. Only a couple of things...corridors in the hotel smelt a bit fousty and better comms between Expedia and the hotel would have saved time on check in. We would come back to stay again.Thanks!

Lovely location

This is wonderful property very convenient to Bristol airport (so on the flight path, some flight noise in the morning). Beautiful building on a gorgeous property. Staff were friendly (well most of them) The room was nicely laid out, bed comfortable, great pillows & bedding. Breakfast was amazing!

Great location

Overall our stay was great and in an ideal location. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the staff provided a great service. The pool and jacuzzi was not as warm as expected despite being advertised as a heated pool Also their was limited gluten free options in the bar restaurant and breakfast which was a little disappointing.
