"Room overheated with no A/C. Windows needed opening as a result but area has significant street noise till at least 0300. No blinds or curtains fitted only shutters which were insufficient to keep light out. Would not stay again on this basis."

"Table and floor not clean, crumbs and dust. Towels not in great conditions. One of the lamps were burnt, so was dark. Not soundproofing rooms. Mix of the sympathy, some nice staff others unfriendly. Parking and breakfast not included. For the UK reality not that bad. Good location if you don't want the breakfast in the hotel "

"Short 12 Minute walk from Temple Meads. Good sized bedrooms, comfy mattress, quality bed linen and towels."

"Easy check in. Staff were great. Initial email was strange - showing me where to park my car(?)... it's right by a train station, in a city centre. Walking directions would have been better. Well kitted our room. A bit dusty on the floor but otherwise very clean and tidy. "

"Very hard beds and we order double beds but it been too single join together, they been splitting all night. "

"Just across the road from the train station which was ideal for me, as i arrived by train. Short walk into town and several restaurants. Staff were always very friendly when asked for advise. Breakfast was nice although only had scrambled eggs when i prefer fried but other cooked breakfast items were tasty. Room was very clean and was very quiet at night. Only disappointment was that the lift wasnt working and i was on the 4th floor and im not a fan of heights."
