"The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The labyrinth of stairs, roves, and corridors were fun. Staff were amicable and informative, breakfasts were good, varied, and flexible. The location was outstanding. I’m looking forward to our next stay there. "

"Stayed 2 nights in the hotel with son and husband. Breakfast was great, good variety of everything but maybe choice of bread could be better (more wholegrain/ seeded options) & the toaster was set too low, not toasting bread properly. Waiting staff fantastic, very friendly and efficient, nothing was too much trouble, high praises for Watawan; also on reception Irina was welcoming and looked after us well with a smile. The room was clean, with comfy beds, great shower, exactly like in the pictures. Can't complain and would definitely book the hotel again, it is literally in the city centre, close to main attractions. "

"Marine hotel in Tankerton was very comfortable. It was extremely cold while we were there but lovely lady in housekeeping gave us a radiator for our room which really helped warm the room. All staff, particularly Karen on reception and Patsy in the restaurant, plus many whose names I don’t know who really were excellent for which we thank you all so much for making our stay so enjoyable! "
