The room was spacious and clean. The warm breakfast buffet was nice, especially in comparison to other hotels in the US. The staffs were nice and helpful. The location is good. The way to the metro station (3 minute walk) might look a bit sketchy, but it is in general safe. There is express train No.4, which pasts by almost all important tourist attractions, so it doesn't take too long to go into the city center.

Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. The staff could not have been more helpful. The room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed and the location offers great dining choices and the subway is at your doorstep. Room was quiet and size was adequate despite being in Manhattan.

Lovely hotel, very clean and friendly staff. Our room was small but comfortable the bed was also very comfy we slept very well on it. The hotel is very near the metro which was a big plus but the area can be a bit sketchy at night, overall we enjoyed our stay. Thanks

We stayed here for a weekend away in NY. The location is perfect minutes walk from time square. A lovely new modern vibe hotel. The customer service was amazing. We actually left something in our hotel room and the team organised for it to be shipped to us. Will definitely stay again

Great location, friendly staff who offer great service

My husband and I stayed here for a week. It became our favourite area to stay in Manhattan, it is away from the noise and yet easy access on foot or the subway. There are lots of eateries in the area, the Lincoln centre and central park only a couple of blocks away. The hotel is in a beautiful building and our room was very clean and spacious. Benedict, Guest Relations Ambassador is great! We will definitely go back!

Wonderful warm helpful staff. Comfortable beds (a must) and great rooms. A little tight on space, but only to be expected in Manhattan.

Great little hotel near UN. The staff were very helpful in storing luggage and transferring to my room before check-in and also storing after check-out. The rooms facing out to the street are a bit loud but it is New York after all... Highly recommend the hotel.
