"A wonderfully historic house with an equally wonderful garden, location and views. So very peaceful. Only a quick drive to Launceston for provisions. Everyone said their beds were comfortable. Lots of games for the garden and indoor board games for family fun. It was hard to drag ourselves away to go enjoy all the fun things to do in the area. The owner provided a very comprehensive list."

"Enjoyed our stay Cottage had everything we needed plus a good view to boot Met when we arrived and shown through all we needed. When we were there there was work being done which is good to see that they are always looking to improve. That said you wouldn’t know a builder was there as they were very quiet and reserved. Dog walk field a little squelchy, but nothing you wouldn’t expect with the weather at this time of year. Thanks for having us. On our list of places we will look to return to."

The property was like a home from home with everything catered for and some extra personal touches provided by the host, Sarah, for our stay. "We had a great time at Sea La Vie. It's a fab location, just sit outside to hear the sea and waves coming in, and that's pretty much all you can hear apart from the odd seagull! It's so quiet. Great base for a relaxed surfing holiday. Really well equipped kitchen. We didn't get in the car once in 8 days as there was everything we needed within a short walk. Highly likely we'll be back!"

"Cheaper than most and fractionally dated in its decor but thats reflected in the price. Great value for money. Located so closely to Bude. The perfect base to come backbto each day in a quiet location. The main road is noisy but you font hear it from inside the property. Views from the back garden a beautiful (yes you can see the sea). Check in and out was super smooth too. No real bad points."
