Welcome to Vista Loma! This beautiful 2 bedroom guesthouse it the perfect place for friends and family to connect. Full outdoor kitchen equipped with good size fridge and 6 burner stove/oven.

Enjoy the 30’ infinity pool on those hot Costa Rica days. (Pool possibly shared if the 4 bedroom main house is rented)
The space
Located just 3km from the beach and crossroads of Santa Teresa/Mal Pais, Vista Loma is a newly constructed, modern 3 bedroom villa and spacious 2 bedroom guest house both with A/C and 2 fully equipped kitchens, one indoor one outdoor.

30’ infinity pool with waterfall is the ultimate place to relax on a hot day while taking in the stunning views ( pool could be shared if main house is rented)

No 4x4 is needed to access the property. Guests drive up to a secured gated entrance with plenty of parking.

Please note Costa Rica is a water conscious country. Knowing the correct amount of guests staying on the property is very important for us to manage the water usage.
Guest access
The home provides guests with the upmost privacy. Guests have access to the entire property. Laundry services is offered for an additional fee and upon request.

Other things to note

In this area many people get around on foot, by motorcycle, and by ATV's, which are very popular because of the dirt roads.

One main road runs from the fishing village of Mal Pais through play Carmen, Playa Santa Teresa and Playa Hermosa to the north. The majority of businesses are located in Play Carmen and Playa Santa Teresa. This entire area is known as Santa Teresa.

Looking for some fun during your stay? Be sure to check out the tide pools located at Playa Carmen Beach! An impressive natural phenomenon formed during low tide, these shallow pools are a great spot. If you are hoping to hang 10 on vacation, stop by Del Soul Surf School, a locally run business.

Vista Loma is equipped with yoga mats for those teaching for a sunrise meditation, however there are no shortages of world-renowned yoga and pilates studios in the area to compliment your wellness journey.

Santa Teresa truly has some of the best restaurants we've ever been to! We highly recommend the following;


The Bakery - A great spot to get your coffee fix while also stocking up on fresh baked breads and delicious, decadent goodies for the villa. In addition to serving breakfast, the Bakery's menu includes lunch options, smoothies and so much more.

Nami Sushi - Located off the main road in Santa Teresa, Nami Sushi offers a variety of rolls made with fresh, local ingredients. Guests will be treated to candle light and soft music.

Banana Beach - Truly one of your family favourites! The restaurant is a popular spot in town and has a large menu and extensive cocktail list! If you're looking for a fun, upbeat-social scene look no further! Ohhh and the sunsets here are amazing! (that's where my profile picture was taken)

Zula - Just off the man street of Santa Teresa, Zula provides restaurant-goers with a great outdoor vibe. Friendly staff serve up a variety of Mediteranean, Middle Eastern and, Israeli Food.
