"Great location and very restful "

"Everything was lovely, cleanliness, breakfast, nearby tram station and lots of friendly cats around lol. The only thing that bothered us was the street noise at night sometimes, since we were on the first floor. Overall definitely a very pleasant stay."

"Check in was a bit challenging as they weren't responding to messages so we waited outside in the heat until another guest let us in. Reception & breakfast is on the 3rd floor (no elevator). We booked a room titled "City View" but it was a view of a laneway & an old run down building. Room was very small. "The manager of the hotel was very friendly and polite but some staff were very rude breakfast was Repetitious and boring coffee was not including you have to pay internet was awful all day the time was disconnected so I was not happy about it"
