"Room service was very good, however a cigarette was found inside of the room, the AC was leaking with water, the breakfast buffet service was very poor, as they were making rules as they were going on, bathroom was dirty. an email will be sent to this email of formal complaint. "

"Love the hotel's location close to old dubai and gold souk. Nice view of the city and staff is very friendly. Only downside this seems to be a business oriented hotel rather than family or friends vacation type hotel. The security and privacy is too high, if your rooms are in different floors you have to ask security to let you access other floors that are not your own."

"I liked the personnel especially the gentleman heading the reception team. He is very dedicated to his job and always serving me & all clients in a professional & competent manner. But I don’t like the fact that Sky Park Hotel don't have microwave in the rooms or anyway on the floors where customers can use it."
