"On arriving, our room had a small flood (leaking from the boiler) However, the staff were very good, and put us in another room. The very next day they had replaced the boiler with a new one and we were back in our original room. The rooms were very clean, tidy, and very spacious, and situated in a way that every apartment had its own privacy space. Staff very helpful. Bus stop directly outside that ran every 30 minutes to the centre of Playa Blanca and was only €1.40."

"Host was extremely helpful. The villa was clean and comfortable with all equipment provided. Spacious and great sized rooms. Pool was smaller than average but perfectly adequate. Would definitely recommend and stay again when we visit Playa Blanca. Thank you Shin for sharing your Villa. "

"Host was constantly in touch and welcoming.We had a few things missing and new items were delivered to the villa the next morning.We loved the location of the villa. It was very peaceful and quiet. It was also quite spacious and lots of room outside. We didn't use the pool or the barbecue so can't comment on those."

"The staff were excellent. The room was spotless. We had a heavy downpour on or first night which caused a slight issue with our room. The following morning I reported this to reception and she told me she would send up a maintenance man to have a look. Within 15 mins the man arrived and said we will change your room. He left and five mins later reception rang to say they were changing our room.I have to give the staff at reception 10/10 for such a prompt response. caused a slight issue in the room. "Lovely cosy home, would recommend a car to travel to main resort but centre close by thats walkable for restaurants , bars & supermarket. Nice quiet area "
