"Excellent villa, as listed. Very well equipped and homely. 3 good size bedrooms with lots of storage. Unlike many other villas, the kitchen has lots. Pool/outdoor area is possibly a little tight for space, but was fine for the two of us. Would recommend."

"Room - Big room with good pool/sea view and large balcony (extra). The worst thing is the lack of double beds, and the pushed together singles with separate duvets - they slip apart if you move to the middle leaving a gap - not very romantic if you can't lie in your partner's arms on holiday! Daily housekeeping fine, although they forgot to replace the instant coffee and milk sachets a couple of times. Shower pressure a bit low (large rainfall overhead in small bath). Food - Good breakfast (fresh orange and coffee quite good), although they could serve poached eggs. Dinner was a bit samey every day but of reasonable quality. The fish offering was limited most days to small farmed sea bream fillets, which was a shame given the availability of fish and seafood on the island. One day (in a week), they served prawns and mussels as well, which was good. There was plenty nice salad and dessert. Staff - There weren't that many staff around, but all were very nice and helpful, very efficient and welcoming. Pool area - There were plenty of sunbeds and the pool is fine with occasional jacuzzi seats. There were a few kids but mostly pensioner aged guests. The "cave spa" costs an extra 20 euro for two hours - it's not a cave, it's plastic wall covering. Location - There's no beach - the closest is 10 mins up the coast in front of larger hotel. It's a 15min walk to the Rubicon Marina area."

"A wonderful villa in a fantastic location for Papagayo beaches, marina & local shops & bars. Aircon & pool heating are a great bonus. Quiet, peaceful, everything we hoped for. "The whole process has been faultless, the Serena Villa staff have been very helpful and communication has been excellent. When we arrived at the villa it was dark, it was easy to find and the parking space directly outside the villa was great, and the villa numbers are illuminated. In entering the villa, the cool air conditioning was welcoming. The villa itself is amazingly clean and comfortable, with some hidden and unknown areas, like the third floor subtract with sunlounger and table with false lawn covered flooring, accessed by a spiral staircase from the main bedroom, along with a seated/small table area overlooking the pool. This villa was absolutely beautiful inside and out, the photos don’t do it justice, and the kitchen and utility room is well stocked with everything you need. There is an Aldi 7 minutes drive away, there is a closer supermarket if preferred. The villa is situated close enough, but far enough away, we had a hire car from Top Car, which we toured the whole island. We will definitely be back."

"An excellent stay at Casa Bella in July/early August 2026. We are a family of 4 with children aged 13 and 10 and this was everything we needed and more. Communication with Shin throughout was very good and he quite obviously cares about your experience of staying.Property is as described, fully equipped, comfy beds. The pool and outdoor space is fantastic, with a sea view from the upstairs balcony, plenty of seating, nice cushions and towels provided for the sunloungers. Very quiet at night.Getting into the property on arrival was straight forward. We also hired a car from Bissaucar which is literally 200metres away and this was by far the most straightforward experience of hiring a car weve ever had and very reasonably priced given the time of year.The Marina is stunning, lots of very good restaurants and about a 20min walk along the lovely coastal path. The main Playa Blanca centre is a bit further of a walk away although we generally drove there during the day and there are a lot of free car parks. The centre is also lovely with everything you'd expect of a main resort centre, lots of good restaurants, shops and bars. The pebbly beach of Los Colorados is 5 mins walk from the property and great to have a stroll to in the mornings. There are also some restaurants close by to the property along with a very good supermarket.We'd highly recommend Casa Bella and would more than happily stay again when visiting Playa Blanca."
