"I rarely give reviews - good or bad, but on this occasion, I feel compelled to do so. It's not so good, Javier. I'll start off with mentioning the completer absence of any information in the apartment which leads me directly on to the occasion when we left the villa to get something from the car, closed the door and were unable to regain access (the keys to the front door were on the inside in the lock, the door unlocked). We were grateful that your young lady turning up to help. She in turn was unable to gain access with a spare key which led to a wait for a locksmith to attend... who also had to take the lock apart to gain access. It was his opinion that the lock was faulty. Maybe the door locks automatically when you close it? If this was the case, then the minimum I would expect would be for there to be clear instructions within the house or posted on the door.Moving on to other matters, first the location. In good faith I initially booked this villa because of the supposed location close to Playa Blanca (as shown on Google maps). Had I known that it was a distance (almost up into the mountains) I would not have booked it at all. Also hidden behind a wall, the villa was very difficult to find. I found the photographs of the villa misleading, particularly the pool. Some crockery in the kitchen was dirty. The furnishings were tired. I could go on... On the positive side there was a good supply of hot water. Overall not the best experience."

"This hotel is absolutely lovely. Amazing rooms, staff are super friendly. Everywhere is spotlessly clean. The location is great and the promenade is the perfect place to take a stroll into the marina and beyond. We will 100% be returning. Thank you Mirador x"

"On arriving, our room had a small flood (leaking from the boiler) However, the staff were very good, and put us in another room. The very next day they had replaced the boiler with a new one and we were back in our original room. The rooms were very clean, tidy, and very spacious, and situated in a way that every apartment had its own privacy space. Staff very helpful. Bus stop directly outside that ran every 30 minutes to the centre of Playa Blanca and was only €1.40."

"We have stayed in this wonderful villa before, which says it all. The villa was spotless, well equipped and convenient for the nearby shops and restaurants. It is in a quiet location with the most fantastic sea view. We'll definitely be back. "

"The staff were excellent. The room was spotless. We had a heavy downpour on or first night which caused a slight issue with our room. The following morning I reported this to reception and she told me she would send up a maintenance man to have a look. Within 15 mins the man arrived and said we will change your room. He left and five mins later reception rang to say they were changing our room.I have to give the staff at reception 10/10 for such a prompt response. caused a slight issue in the room.
