"The hotel is right across the street from the Eurail trains. No taxi needed. They have a nice breakfast with lots of choices for $12 euros per person. It’s better than the crowded tourist area of central Venice."

"Reception was in another hotel nearby. They also had breakfast although we did not opt for it as they did not have much vegetarian options. There is a coffee machine in this hotel but they need to do a better job in cleaning or provide enough crockery (cups) and a better place to dump the used ones so that it looks clean. "

"Don’t be put off by the negative reviews on this property. Top notch location and I loved my comfortable little room with a view and I loved sitting outside on the little ground floor bar balconies with a sundowner. Breakfast is ample and coffee acceptable. The main breakfast room has unfortunate acoustics and is a bit of a scrum so I recommend you sit in the room adjacent with the green sofas for a more peaceful experience. "

"The staff was so friendly and accommodating. They answered all questions we had and provided us with taxi service due to an early checkout. They made amazing recommendations and they all truely were the nicest people ever. This hotel was recommended from our friends, as they loved it too. I am so glad we stayed here. The hotel was close to St Marks square, a 4 minute walk. Beautiful room and very spacious. Air conditioning was amazing on a hot day. "
