"The location was great, I was able to walk out the door and turn left and have access to several great places to eat, to the right and across the street. There is a Walgreens around the corner as well, I was close to so many great places. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I was traveling from Alabama and never been to NYC and the staff had great advice when I asked for help. Everything I needed the staff helped me with and I plan to look for this hotel chain in my future travels."

"I found myself needing to travel last minute to NYC. After reading reviews online I opted to make a reservation at The Roxy. My check in experience was fast, I stayed in a room with a king size bed. My room was spacious, clean and well appointed with travel amenities. The location was perfect, if you like music check out the bar downstairs This was a quintessential NYC experience. "

"The room was clean and the bathrooms were too. In a convenient location in the SoHo area. Beware of the noise because the doors to the rooms only close loud. Other than that, great experience. Bring shower shoes, they are not provided."

"The hotel staff was INCREDIBLE. They helped us out a bunch of times with food delivery, after hours turn down service and directions. 10/10 would recommend and I will be going back for sure."
