"Lovely hotel in fantastic location. All staff were very friendly and professional, nothing was too much trouble. Our canal view room was worth the extra expense and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Bathroom was newly refurbished and very modern. Food was of good quality at breakfast and one dinner in the restaurant, if a little on the expensive side. Would definitely stay at the Ambassade Hotel again. Thank you for a very enjoyable and relaxing stay."

"The Banks Mansion is an excellent hotel. The all inclusive happy hour everyday was delightful. The breakfast was tasty with a made to order omelet station. The location makes it easy to walk to many sites and the staff are most helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel. "

And our room had literally no view (a wall with construction scaffolding). But the room was huge, property is cute, location around has so many restaurant options and great transportation nearby. I'd stay again."
