"The property is immaculately maintained. Unlimited options for food and activities especially for the kiddos. Food is very good for all inclusive, staff were all friendly and helpful with the exception of front desk staff. At check out, the kids and wife already removed their wristbands so they're not showing in the photo shoot we booked. Front desk attendant refused to allow checkout without them, asked me to go back to the room and search through the trash for them. Ruined an otherwise wonderful experience. Not what I expected from a 4 diamond AAA resort.
P.S. decline the extra credits for the "presentation" very pushy and borderline harassing."
