"It is an all-inclusive property. But anything not included is much more expensive than in US. I had a food poison after eating the sushi in the buffet. When I called the front desk for help I was told the on site doctor would charge 150 dollars per visit and 30 more if you want the doctor come to see you in your room. All the food and drinks I took was inside the property and I have to pay myself for their negligence on the food safety. On the hand this property is kids friendly. They have separate play area for kids in the lobby and buffet restaurant. The kids club also have daily activities prepared for little ones."

"I stayed for five days with my husband. The hotel has a wonderful view of its beautiful beach and access to all places is very easy. This is the third time I've stayed at this hotel and I would do it again because it's nice hotel"

"We had an excellent time staying at the moon palace. The staff is the friendliest that I have encountered in a long time. The property is very large. We had a room that required a golf cart to get around, but it was beautiful seeing all areas of the property. They have a wonderful golf course, three different hotels. If we were to go back, I would stay at the Grad hotel, which is the newer property. The staff was kind enough to grant us a two day guest pass to that location and it was extremely nice. This property is also extremely friendly for families. Since it was just my wife and I, we would likely come back with family and friends that have kids.If we book again to this location, we will stay at the grand. The only part that is a little bummer is that there is so much sea weed up and down the coast. This hotel does its best to keep the beaches clean, but there is a lot of sea weed in the water. My understanding is that this is seasonal, and there are certain areas up and down the coastline that have very heavy amounts of it, and some areas are more clean of it. Overall, very nice hotel, great amenities, and excellent friendly staff!"

"Overall a good stay, though it fell just short of excellent. The staff were friendly across nearly every interaction, and the property itself was well-maintained and spotless. A few things kept it from being a true standout. In the first 24 hours, we waited over an hour for food at one of the on-site restaurants, and a room service order we placed never arrived at all. There was also significant construction happening on the property, with heavy machinery generating a lot of noise throughout our stay. One other thing worth flagging: make sure you familiarize yourself with each restaurant's operating hours and dress code requirements ahead of time — it's not always clearly communicated, and it can catch you off guard at meal time. The bones of a great resort are here — friendly team, clean property — but the service hiccups, active construction, and restaurant logistics are worth knowing about before you book."
