"One of the best hotel stays of my life. Very nice and attentive reception staff. Live and Valentina are the best. Sincere. Not fake. Breakfast ladies were the nicest ever in this business. Breakfast was really good. We stayed at junior suite with canal view and the room was like out of medieval age italian chateau. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable. There were everything you could find at those old classy royal hotels. Even envelopes and papers with hotel insignia on it. The stairs towards our room was decorated with statues. The hotel is on the canal so we got to go back to train station with a water taxi. Fixed price, 70 euros. It is a great experience. Overall, really great experience. "
