"Beautifully decorated and clean room. Very quiet and comfortable although unable to turn down heating in room. The safe in the room was not working and I raised this with reception but they were unable to fix. Several lights and the fan in the bathroom were also not working. The hotel is excellently located and the staff were very friendly and helpful"

"Most rooms don’t have a balcony ! But otherwise great property, located right above a an evening pub but no noise issues, just across the bridge from a main strip but in a less busy with many cafe/restaurant just down the road. I’m not sure how cooling goes in the summer I was there in April and a fan/open window was sufficient . Felt safe and away from the hustle but easy to join if desired "

"Accomodation was convenient for train station. It was clean, spacious and shower was great. There is an issue with mosquitos and the air conditioning didn’t work well so was very warm at night. "

They truly went above and beyond to help out with a minor New Years emergency, honestly cannot thank them enough for caring and going to extraordinary lengths to make sure we had the best New Years ever! Would definitely stay at the hotel again, perfect for that romantic getaway. "
