Everything felt very peaceful and welcoming, and the staff were kind and helpful throughout my stay. It’s not a party scene, which I really appreciated—it felt like a hidden gem for those who want to escape the crowds and just enjoy some tranquility in paradise. "Some real 5 star elements at this hotel. The Spa is a world class experience and very fairly priced for the amenities. The kids activities are excellent. The Waterpark superb. Fav food was the Indian restaurant. Upgraded to club level for better breakfast options. The staff are incredibly kind and hospitable. "

"Our stay at Casa Gigi was absolute perfection. The home was spectacular. Amazing group areas be enjoy each others company, then large enough for us all to have privacy. The house is incredibly well built and beautifully appointed. The pool overlooking Punta Espada #5 was spectacular from morning coffee to evening swims. The host thought of every detail to make our stay better than any 5-star hotel. Recommend a golf cart, which is how you can experience all that Cap Cana has to offer. Would 100% go back. "
