" Worst experience ever. From the very beginning, “no” seemed to be the staff’s favorite word. We were constantly told that reservations were unavailable and that the restaurant would be fully booked for days. It felt unwelcoming and frustrating. However, I want to highlight Ricardo, Alejandro, and Frank, who provided the best customer service during our stay. They truly made an effort to help us with everything, including finding a way to get us into the restaurant despite being told it was impossible—especially Lilly, who went above and beyond. Unfortunately, the overall experience was very disappointing. At checkout, when we expressed our concerns, the response we received was dismissive, suggesting it was “probably our perception because we were Hispanic,” which was extremely inappropriate and concerning. My friends and I traveled from Florida with high expectations, but we left feeling let down. This hotel seems to focus more on appearances than on genuine hospitality and respectful customer service.
