"This will be my first review. After having stayed at the Pulitzer in Amsterdam, and 5 star hotels in Paris, I always aim to get the same experience while traveling Brasil. This hotel is cute, service is by far the best i have ever had anywhere in the world, it feels like you have the whole hotel to your self. Pool area, spa and Gym is fully loaded and amazing, you can reserve these amenities to your self. We did not want to leave, the staff is like family and always there to take care of you....

"The room has nothing to do with the photo in the ad. I chose the deluxe room and there is nothing deluxe. Terrible room, small, cramped, I called reception at 10pm to ask for service in the kitchen and they said they didn't have that time as the menu says until 12pm. I don't recommend it and I won't stay there again."

"Understaffed so it took a lot of time for any service. There were not sufficient table for everyone at Breakfast so we had to wait a long time. We left the hotel for 6 hours and our rooma were not clean even when we put the please clean room ."
