"Best location. Right on a canal, gondolas and service boats. Free trip to Murano from our hotel. Great breakfast! Fabulous cappuccinos pastries scrambled eggs so fresh! Just perfect. We will visit again. Maybe try a higher floor if you want the windows open. Very good air conditioning, and soundproof windows not that you need it, Venice is an orchestra out your window."

"This is a lovely boutique hotel. This was our second stay. It’s in a beautiful building on a canal. It has a Venice vibe and is very good value. Unfortunately, we did not get the best room - near the bar and the bar toilets. We only stayed two nights and arrived late on the first night so decided not to move rooms. I would use the hotel again but ask for a room away from the bar and overlooking the canal."

"Terrible experience overall. When we arrived the receptionist was not helpful and did not inform us of the rooms location. We were sent to a building that was unattached to the main building. No one had disclosed this information to us as I had booked a room on the hotels property, to be sent at least a block away. The building was not in good conditions, creepy, lonely, and honestly scary. We didn’t feel safe throughout the night. We could hear people coming into the building throughout the whole night, our windows looked out onto a plaza where tours were standing right outside the window. There was a window in the bathroom that was directly in sight of construction happening in the building. When we mentioned all these things to the front desk they did not take accountability for the deceptive situation. They were entirely unhelpful and honestly quite rude. Breakfast was okay but the staff there were the only people who were kind."
