"Super clean and low key hotel. Breakfast at the restaurant was great at times other times staff seemed confused as to who was servicing our table. Food was pretty good but pricey. Sad that the Jazz lounge is closed for summers. I would stay here again."

"For a night or two in the city it was a great place to stay, my only complaint would be the elevator situation being there’s only 1 it gets pretty crowded fast."
Holiday Inn Express New York City- Wall Street by IHG

"Room was small but clean. Lobby was clean. Staff at front desk welcoming and friendly. Hotel was quiet even though it appeared full based on number of people in breakfast room. Hotel location was within walking distance to 911 memorial and museum (a few blocks away)"
"I loved the hotel and the staff was friendly. One staff member even made me feel like I knew him forever as he told me about different places to go and what not. When I stay in nyc again, I will choose this location. "
"Stayed for a concert at Pier 17- nice part of Manhattan- actually clean, happy people, no one trying to kill me. Hotel was great with awesome views on the 20th fl. No cockroachs, bedbugs or rats- win!
If you go with the hotel's parking partner ($52/24hrs) just know you'll haul your luggage for a 5min walk. "
"We had a fantastic time in NYC. The hotel was in the financial district and right off the 1 line (metro). It was very convenient for travelling all across the city.
Tribeca Hotel FiDi was also close to everything, from great places to eat, shop and so close to the Oculus and World Trade Center.
The accommodations were great and staff were very friendly and helpful.
I would recommend staying here."
