"Lovely little place , parking is tight . Super clean and fresh . I never stayed for breakfast as up early but he made me a take out bag with fruit, yogurt , pastries etc which was really nice of him.
Also had complimentary biscuits , water and crisps which was a nice touch "
"We stayed here for two nights whilst attending an event locally and it was excellent, we particularly liked the availability of fresh milk and cold water at the end of the corridor. We also ate in the restaurant on two evenings and the food was delicious. Would definitely stay there again!"

"Extremely clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and efficient. The location is ideal for the Leeds city centre - very quiet but very easy walking distance to the centre. Good value. We'll definitely return"

"Staff were lovely, rooms clean - the access corridors and paintwork needs a little tender loving care.
Will probably stay at Premier Inn next time- for the same money"
"Great hotel. We had an incident whereby on night one a neighbouring room had a very loud and aggressive domestic. Staff acted promptly and it was dealt with. I have to say the staff here are fantastic. Amazing with kids, go out of their way to be kind and helpful. The food is great. Pool is an added bonus. Rooms clean, warm and good hot water shower. Ticked all the boxes for us. Bus stop across the road so east access into Leeds too. Definitely will be booking again when back in Leeds"
"Parking was a nightmare but soon sorted out.
Service was above and beyond, owner driving around until he found a fish and chip shop open and bringing us back a lovely meal.
Super breakfast with lots of choice."
