"Hotel was great, spacious and stylish. All staff were professional, helpful and polite. Pools and facilities were immaculate and overall the hotel had a great, sophisticated vibe. Food could do with a review by Radisson team. Generally it was good, but some elements were suprisingly poor. Bacon was scorched to a crisp, omlettes were not great, fried foods were soggy. On the flip side bread was amazing, as was cheese, fruit, and variety of dishes each day. Some mixed dishes need better labelling of ingredients, such as chefs salad - total mystery with suprise tuna ! (Not good if you dont like tuna)"

"Always a really comfortable stay right in the heart of Arrecife. The view of Playa Reducta is wonderful. The staff team are exceptional and so willing to help. The view, the location and the high standards are very much apprecaited. Thank you. "

"Room and bathroom were found clean and tidy. Staff were polite and professional, able to speak fluently English. I did not need the laundry. I was disappointed by the off road park: the closest available was 10 minutes walk away, and the elevator out of service on the last day and check out"

"Very poor communication. The telephone shower does not stay in place, and the bathroom door only opens halfway. The room is on the second floor with no lift. The advertisement pictures do not actually reflect the room; they show the shared sitting room instead. When it is windy, there is tremendous noise. The table in the room is far too small for two people to eat at. Overall, it was not a good experience at all."

"This is an amazing option for visitors to Lanzarote. The hosts are great people, the building and grounds are spotless and beautiful. Would heartily recommend this hotel for an extended stay in Lanzarote."

"Room was great, spacious, comfortable and clean. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Very grateful to have left our bike boxes there while we cycled around the islands. Breakfast buffet very good. Spa area in need of refurb, gym decent but needs a clean up. Unfortunately couldn’t get WiFi for 3 days we were there which was very annoying although staff did try to fix it. "
