"The room was lovely & spacious. Staff was cheerful, helpful, kind and overall v lovely. Breakfast was great too, a wide variety of food! Used the gym as well, v well equipped and clean. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you for the hospitality!"

"Told me I could check in early then made me wait 3 hours. Rooms had no towels or toiletries when I arrived. There was also a “mistake” and the lifts were frozen at 11pm at night. Had to walk 20 flights of stairs or wait (again). Not ideal when it’s late and all I want is to sleep. Also the showers were stone cold for a day or 2. Rooms were clean. Staff were nice. But probably wouldn’t book again. "

"Very tired decor, wallpaper peeling of the walls in places, stained bed linen, the kettle was still full from the last guest and contained black stuff which put me off using it. bathroom was tiny but fine, for £170 I think its very steep for the state of the place in general, I didn't need or use the breakfast as I had a very early start, but it would be nice to choose a room only option. I wouldn't use again bad value for money"

"For a newly opened hotel, the smell of fresh paint was noticeable upon arrival. Check-in was quick and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The room initially looked very impressive, although after a three-day stay some aspects of the design proved to be a little impractical. Housekeeping is only provided every seven days, meaning guests need to request fresh towels and have bins emptied separately. While clean towels were delivered promptly, the used towels were not removed, leaving them in the room for the remainder of my stay. The seating area was also quite unusual in its layout, making it uncomfortable to watch TV. In addition, it wasn’t possible to comfortably watch television or a movie from the bed, which reduced the overall comfort and functionality of the room. Having the shower and toilet separate is a problem and if I were sharing with a friend, you can see straight through the shower door. Overall a nice hotel, but impractical for a business stay. "

"When making the reservation, it stated "breakfast included" however, it did not appear on my itinerary. I contacted Expedia who were unable to resolve the matter. It took over 24 hours to get the remote control for the TV. Most of the employees were very helpful, there was one worker who seemed uninterested and came across as being rude. Beyond that encounter, the room was very well presented. The "bespoke" iron furniture was lovely and sturdy."
