"We were checked in an hour late. Water park was off on hours which made our plans different. Closing was at 10 by 9 it was closed. Open oasis was at 6am and didn’t open til 9am I don’t know how you can update and actually lets us enjoy time. The fact we got checked in an hour late but had to check out on time was the bad part."

"We have stayed in this property before, it’s always great, especially if you’re attending an event downtown. This time their computer system was down nationwide, so we were unable to check in, which caused us to miss one event and almost be late to another. But I must say the staff did the very, very best they could to accommodate us and get us in a room as quickly as possible. Also provided an incentive for our inconvenience. Great customer service and we will definitely stay there again!!"

One more thing, you have to stay longer than 2 days we stayed 2 days and I don’t even think we got to enjoy more than half of what was available and we were more than busy and having fun day and night. "Room was very nice and shower was amazing pool was small and area could use a bit more shade but overall the bathrooms the bar and the market inside that provides snacks and meals had great options Anne very affordable prices. The hotel had great art all over and throughout the halls and that was very nice.definitely will be staying there again"
