"Fantastic attentive service. They recognised my wives 40th birthday with a complementary bottle of prosecco which was a welcome touch. The hotel bar is excellent and we had many a great cocktail from the bar staff. My only complaint. Less chlorine in the pool! Otherwise an exceptional hotel."

Hotel has a perfect location, very close to old town (for us like a slow pace 15 minutes straight walk from the hotel). The advantage of being located outside of the main touristic area is the quietness, you don't feel noise at night. I didn't feel unsafe walking to and from the hotel to the diff places. I recommend it for sure and will stay there next time I am in Krakow. "
