"Absolutely fantastic property, and even better host!! The breakfast was to DIE for, rooms were quiet and clean, and the host treats you just like you were long lost family returned home for a visit, while still respecting your privacy in a beautiful and quiet setting. Thank you again so, so much for everything, and when we come back to Scotland, as long as we come through that area we definitely will be back!! Much love from our side of the pond."

"The check-in desk was staffed and the girl gave us good advice of using the nearby cathedral carpark for 5 pounds a day which was very affordable considering the location! View overlooked the River Ness. Window opened to allow a cool breeze. Mattress seemed to be very worn, a little broken-down, but we were able to sleep moderately comfortably. There was a bathtub and nice hot shower. However the cleanliness of the bathroom could have been better (there was some visible mold and the bathroom baseboards needed wiping down.) we enjoyed the full breakfast every morning, one of the nicer breakfasts we had during our 2-week stay in Scotland. There was shopping and food in every direction just outside the door. We took 2 tours that left from Inverness and both met in locations that were walkable from the hotel. We loved the local Fat Buddha fish & chips carry-out!"
"The host was welcoming and explained all we needed to know. The place was like renting a whole house. Very nice historical building. Very clean and nicely furnished. Highly recommend."
"Donnie & Ellie have a lovely property and are wonderful hosts. We enjoyed the quiet setting while only minutes to access to groceries, eating establishments, and highway access to area sites. The property amenities are accurately described and just what we wanted. "
