"Staff were very accommodating with all of our needs, friendly and approachable. The room was exactly what we needed for 3 people and the cleaners kept on top of it for us. "I had a very pleasant short break and found my room (double for single occupancy) comfortable. Furnishings were dated but functional. Good shower plenty of hot water. Having a first floor room meant heavy footsteps and creaky floorboards above had to be endured. Due to hot weather my windows were open at night. Seagulls and traffic don’t bother me however early morning ladder rattling for window cleaning was unnecessary and disregarding of their guests. Despite that beautiful harbour views and good breakfast (soda bread especially) made up for the few niggles."
