"This was an excellent kid friendly resort. Rooms were clean and updated, pools were not overcrowded and staff are amazing. Food and drinks are delicious. Only comment around the food is more kid options. We will be coming back!"

"Everything was great! The food was delicious, the rooms were clean and cleaned well every day, and the staff were all very friendly! They had great activities every day as well. I broke my toe while playing beach volleyball during my stay (all me and obviously had nothing to do with the resort) but the lifeguards were all very helpful and made sure I was comfortable and taken care of, and there was immediately a staff member there to translate the lifeguard that did not speak a lot of english. Overall, even though the vacation ended with a broken toe, it was a great vacation and great resort!"

"If i could give this property a 10 i would but the only downside was they were having construction going so the s refills dinning options were booked quick . Also they do not provide transportation for the airport you have to pay for that seperate .. But everything was excellent ! Planning to book again with my children .. p.s even with construction the property was still quiet ! "

"There are so many pools at this resort that crowding doesn’t seem like a problem! The resort is so big, there’s always something to do! We went for our honeymoon and enjoyed every bit of this place. It was also our first time in Mexico and at an all inclusive resort and i couldn’t be happier with Barceló Maya. Will probably only be going here from now on!"
