"Absolutely gem, the superior room is super spacious with an incredibly comfy big bed, beautiful bedding with sumptuous linens, high-quality pillows and duvet. "Nicely updated art deco style hotel. Small room but that's pretty much as expected for London. Great staff especially on the door/porters. Breakfast plentiful and includes hot food but just average. Very convenient location for Covent Garden and West End"

"Me and my friend stayed for 1 night and it was so amazing!! Couldn’t recommend more. We arrived earlier than check in (3pm) and asked if we could have an early check in, in which they gave us a room upgrade plus the early check in. Rooms were really modern and clean. They even gave us complementary baggage storage! Definitely recommend especially if you’re looking for a cheaper option. Location was really good and underground was near by. We stayed for a concert at Wembley and found it straight forward to get to. Amazing!! Bonus for the blank street down the road!"

"Awful accommodation. Not as advertised in the description, the photos were absolutely misleading. The property was not clean, hair everywhere. Shower gel or shampoo was empty and noone to find within the propert to ask for a refill. Advertised as accommodation for 4 people, but not enough space for 4 people to be in the same living space at the same time. Photos showed beds to be separate, but all beds (1 double and 2 singles) were under the roof cramped together, no privacy for 4 adults who are not used to be sharing a cramped sleeping space together."
