Tall couple of steps to front door for luggage but EXCELLENT doorman assisting with luggage & watching for uber.. 10 out of 10 for doorman if included as lobby staff!! No decaff coffee @ continental breakfast & hot dogs & mashed potatoes unusual for breakfast. "

"We have been staying at The Empire 1-2 times per year for 15 years to attend the ballet at Lincoln Center. It is a simple walk across the street to the theater, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. We have always been happy with our room, the staff is excellent and gracious. I highly recommend the hotel."

"I love their attempt to keep the hotel in a 1920-30s time capsule, however having a mini fridge would be convenient for storing restaurant leftovers, snacks, etc. "
