Ett stort praktiskt boende i fantastiskt vackra omgivningar. Vi levde och åt utomhus hela veckan och njöt av Pizzaugn, utegrill och den stora poolen. Rent och bra utrustat, och en enkel och bra dialog med värdarna.Vi hade en fantastisk vecka tillsammans med barnen och deras familjer. Vi var 8 vuxna och 6 barn mellan 3 &14år.

Struttura ottima per giorni di relax con amici

La struttura è in una posizione incantevole ed è perfetta per soggiorni di più famiglie con figli.Apprezzatissimo il barbecue esterno e i due camini all’interno, oltre al fatto di poter pranzare e cenare tutti insieme sui 2 lunghi tavoli.Stiamo pensando di tornarci nel periodo estivo.

A week in heaven

We had 16 family members staying at the house and swimming in the pool with daily trips to Pisa, Lucca, cinque terra and more local attractions. We cooked dinner almost every night and eat outside under the stars. The house was wonderful. The only thing that you should be aware of, is that the house is at the end of an unpaved road with switch backs so be prepared.

Schöner Urlaub auf der Campolaia

Wir waren mit 3 Familien, 6 Erwachsene, 7 Kinder zwischen 3-8, für 2 Wochen auf der Campolaia. Es ist ausreichend Platz für alle, so dass wir im unteren Bereich Frühstück/Mittagessen gegessen haben und das Abendessen dann oben bzw. im Aussenbereich genossen haben. Pizzaofen und Grill sind klasse und haben uns viele leckere Mahlzeiten bereitet. Der Aussenbereich ist weitläufig und bietet Kindern genug Raum zum spielen und entdecken. Der große Pool wurde immer gereinigt und war bei den Temperaturen eine willkommene Abkühlung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im Dorf in Form von einem Penny und weiteren kleinen Läden. Größere Supermärkte sind 10-15min entfernt und gut zu erreichen. Wir haben uns wirklich wohl gefüht und die zwei Wochen sehr genossen. Danke an das Team der Campolaia für die gute Betreuung!!

Perfekter Urlaub für die gesamte Familie

zwei herrliche Wochen mit der Familie. Zehn Erwachsene, fünf Kinder und zwei Hunde. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig, Platz in Küche, Wohnzimmer und in der unteren Wohnung sehr großer Essbereich mit eigener Küche, hochwertigem Tischkicker. (Falls es mal gewittert hat und wir uns im Innenbereich aufhalten mussten.) Besonderes Highlight ist ein großer und stets sauber gehaltener Pool. Dieser liegt direkt am Haus, ist aber eingezäunt, auch dies ideal mit Kleinkindern. Pooltiefe 120 cm bis 220 cm, für Schwimmer und Nichtschwimmer ideal. Maximal zwei Schlafzimmer auf ein Badezimmmer mit Dusche, WC und Bidet, auch das war sehr komfortabel. Obwohl das Garfagnanagebiet teils sehr steil ist, ist das Grundstück komplett eben, somit konnten die großen und kleinen Kinder ideal Fussball oder Frisbee spielen. Die hochwertige Tischtennisplatte im Außenbereich haben wir leider nie genutzt. Unser Vermieter war jeden zweiten Tag da um den Pool zu reinigen und den Müll zu entsorgen, war in jeglichen Dingen hilfsbereit und stand jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Amazing location for a group of friends

We were with 9 friends and we had a wonderful time! Nice swimming pool with a very large and green lawn. Valerio and Sabrina were very helpful during our stay. Thank you again!

Tornerò volentieri

La casa è immersa nel verde, circondata da bellessimi boschi è attrezzatissima (abbiamo cucinato agevolmente per 15 persone). I proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili a risolvere ogni problema. Soggiorno piacevolissimo, nonostante il mal tempo.

Super Haus und netter Gastgeber

Wir waren als Handballteam dort.Tolles Haus mit toller Lage. Auch laute Musik usw. waren draußen nicht schlimm. Netter Gastgeber mit guter Kommunikation per Whatsapp. Sehr viel Platz im Garten und Pool. Großes Areal für jeden was dabei. Nur die Anfahrt mit einem Großen Auto ist etwas mühsam zum Haus durch den nicht befestigten Weg. Wir kommen gerne wieder und ich kann es wirklich weiter empfehlen

Un angolo di paradiso

La villa è immersa nel verde, enorme, le stanze sono molto grandi così come gli ambienti da condividere. Il giardino è curatissimo e la piscina splendida. Ci sono bigliardino, ping pong, barbecue, forno a legna. Valerio e Sabrina sono stati gentilissimi e super disponibili. Davvero tutto perfetto e consigliatissimo :)

Villa bellissima in mezzo alla natura, molto grande con ampi spazi perfetta per gruppi di ragazzi. Proprietari gentili e molto disponibili. Unica nota negativa il prezzo del riscaldamento a parte non specificato nella prenotazione.

Attention détail important

La maison est agréable pour recevoir un groupe, le propriétaire a l’air sympathique mais prends les touristes pour des vaches à lait … à notre arrivée nous avons appris que nous devions payer le fuel en plus , sur l’annonce il est mentionné chauffage…et nulle part nous avons vu un tarif annoncé ! sur le moment nous n’avons pas réagi, il a sorti une baguette en bois graduée par ses soins … il a vérifié le niveau de fuel avant notre arrivée… et à notre départ il nous a dit que nous avions consommé plus de 200l de fuel en 2 jours ! Nous avons avons une maison chauffée au fuel certes moins grande mais nous consommons 1500 l à l’année !! La consommation annoncée était exorbitante nous avons refusé de payer …de plus les 2 km de chemin jusqu’à la maison n’est pas goudronnée si on a une voiture basse le bas de caisse touche …en sachant que la maison est isolée il faut faire minimum une demi heure de route pour aller en ville.

Beautiful, spacious, traditional property in a stunning location

This is the perfect property for a large, multi generational family. We were warmly welcomed and looked after by Valerio. We particularly enjoyed the swimming pool, the huge garden, the play park and the rural location. Dinner cooked for us by Valerio’s family was superb.

Posto incantevole in Amicizia

Ampi spazi, casa fornitissima con splendidi camini che creano una magnifica atmosfera. Ideale anche per gli adolescenti con taverna fornita di tavolo da ping pong e calcetto. Da ritornare per poter provare la splendida piscina esterna.

Super Mehr-Familienurlaub

Wir (4 Familien mit 6 Kindern von 5-12) verbrachten eine super Woche in diesem mega-gut ausgestatteten Haus - es ist alles da was man braucht und das sogar für eine so große Gruppe. Die Betten sind bequem und die Inneneinrichtung ist für italienische Verhältnisse echt ok. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, hat uns sogar früher rein gelassen und das Haus war super sauber. Der Pool spitze gepflegt. Durch die isolierte Lage hat man wirklich seine Ruhe! Allerdings - und das ist der einzig negative Aspekt ist die die Anreise über den Feldweg etwas beschwerlich. Den Weg/Aufstieg ins nächste Dorf kann man zu Fuß erledigen, ca 40 min., wenn man gut zu Fuß ist... Zum Meer ist man allerdings 1.15 min unterwegs, da die Straßen klein und kurvig sind. Aber wer will schon ans Meer, wenn man so ein Haus in einer Traumlage hat. Danke Valerio

Heerlijke vakantie met vriendengroep

Het perfecte huis voor onze groep van 4 families met tieners en jongvolwassenen: genoten van hetprachtige zwembad, mooie en verzorgde domein, de prachtige omgeving. Bijzondere vermelding voor de pizza oven en de praktische tips van eigenaar Valerio voor lekkere pizza!

Großzügiges Haus und Grundstück mit schönem Pool

In diesem Haus kann man mit Freunden/Familie einen schönen Urlaub in ruhiger Umgebung verbringen. Durch die vielen Zimmer und Bäder kommt man sich nicht in die Quere, die Küchenausttattung ist für größere Gruppen geeignet. Der Pool macht auch Erwachsenen und Teenagern Spaß, auf der Wiese kann man Ballspiele machen. Ein Highlight ist der Pizza-Holzofen. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub inkl. 2 Wanderungen und zwei Tagen am Meer (1h10min). Mit kleinen "Besuchern" mit 6, 8 oder 1000 Beinen muss man rechnen, man ist hier auf dem Land. Der letzte km zum Haus ist ziemlich holperig und steil, nichts für tiefergelegte Autos.
