"Loved the whole experience of staying at this hotel. Upgrading to the level, is definitely worth the extra, the staff in this area are fantastic and so professional. The only down side of the stay was the evening meals, which in our opinion was poor, so would do bed and breakfast next time. Aside from this, a great stay."

"Have been going to the Jardine Tropical for 10 years. Feels like being home. Main problem is the tiling area around the pool is in dire need of repairs. Children running around in bare feet worries me, otherwise perfect "

"Some of the rooms in the corners of the building tend to be dark and overlooked. Some rooms were a tiny bit dated but generally in good condition "

"We had a super week at the Jardines de Nivaria. Rooms were nice and spacious, and well-equipped. Breakfast was excellent as were the dining options. Local dining options away from the hotel are not great - we walked to Caleta most evenings for better dining there. Pool area was very nice and quiet. Overall a very nice and relaxing stay."

"Sometimes the music is too loud 😉 by the pool which slightly spoils the peace - I wonder if there can be an hour a day with peaceful, quieter music. My only serious complaint is the huge amounts of air freshener that seems to be pumped out in many areas. Is that necessary by the sea? Fresh air smells are better. "

"Fabulous stay at this hotel, my 1st time but certainly will not be my last. The hotel was so clean, staff friendly and hard working. The beds are super comfy and the apartment very spacious with all self catering equipment needed. The room has a kettle, toaster, microwave and most importantly to us curly haired girlies a proper hairdryer. Plenty of storage & hangers and a safe which is free to use. Also free use of pool towels. Could not fault this hotel and I will return."
