"Heavenly! This condo is stunning and spotless. The hosts are a lovely couple and a property manager who provided fantastic timely service. We enjoyed the large size of the condo and the comfort. Sometimes you can tell that a host really thinks about what needs you may have and they cover all the bases. This was it! Their attention to detail made our visit perfect and did not go unnoticed. We snorkeled daily across the street in front of the Money Bar. It was full of life and the best spot on the island IMHO. We will be back for sure."

"The house worked great for our family. We all enjoyed the pool. Over all we had a wonderful stay. There were a couple issues that came up that were unavoidable and the owner took care of them as well as possible.We were dispappointed that there was no furniture to sit in on the rooftop patio, but I believe concern about wind possibly blowing furniture over was the reason for that. The only other concer for us was that both the laundry room which we were expecting to have was kept locked and all cleaning supplies were locked in a closet. My son broke a bottle with liquid in it and the only thing we had to clean up the broken glass was a paper towel. I suggest if you are renting that you either bring a small hand broom or purchase one at the grocery store, just in case.You will enjoy this home!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this property in Cozumel! The host were very friendly and accommodating. Perfect layout for our grandchildren, extremely large first floor living area. New AC units kept it cold. Great security on property as well!"

"We stayed for a week. Alfredo was a perfect host. The location is very beautiful, relaxing and peaceful. The house was very comfortable and perfectly equipped with just the right amount of cooking utensils. The a/c, when used, was very cold - we only used part of the nights but had the windows open most of the time. Hot water, when used was very hot. Wi-Fi was a definite plus and better than the resort we stayed at in December. No more resorts for us, Mini Pini is the way to go! Car rental is recommended for so many fun excursions to all parts of the island. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our month in Joe and Julie’s beautiful condo! It offered everything and more than you could want and Joe and Julie made sure we could get in touch with them easily if need be. The balcony offered a perfect view of the gorgeous beach and pools and there were always beach chairs and shade available. We enjoyed our morning walks on the beach or the quiet road right out front, and were amazed at the outstanding upkeep of the gorgeous property. We snorkelled out front on our beach and around the dock next door , which our the Residencias Reef is allowed to access for tours. This really is the perfect location and we hope to return one day soon! Thanks Joe and Julie. "

"Our family of 5 had the most amazing stay at Landmark 511- Everything from booking, to questions beforehand, to grocery delivery prior to arrival and check-in with Sandy was flawless. Condo itself is beautiful and has everything you would need - it’s also nicely located so we could admire the ocean without the Norte winds affecting us on the few days they were blowing in. The Landmark itself is perfectly located and an easy taxi ride to anywhere on the island you would want to go. But honestly the resort is so nice you may not ever want to leave!"
