"The place was nice all redone and new. And parts were still under construction. But the only problem we encountered was the check in process. We could not find anyone when trying to get our room or code to get in. and email check in time and texted time were different times. Other then that all good "

"Moot Point was the perfect coastal retreat for my husband and I to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary! The location on Great Neck is peaceful and quiet, with local wildlife surrounding us. The house is adorable and as advertised - very cozy and comfortable with everything you need - and the deck and view from the backyard is stunning (especially the sunsets!). Moot Point is conveniently located to Cape Ann, Rockport, Newburyport, and Plum Island (to name a few). Denise was wonderful and very responsive. We can’t wait to return! "

"What a beautiful setting for an enjoyable holiday with family. The house had everything and more than we ever needed for our stay. The views were breathtaking. The little private beach, only a 10-minute walk away was so enjoyable. I love Good Harbor, but why would I go there when this beach was so close and so private? We loved our stay!"
