"To be honest I wasn’t expecting much with it being a budget hotel but it was clean and tidy and well presented with all the amenities that were needed. The staff from the front desk to the cleaning staff were all amazingly friendly and helpful which provided a great stay in Birmingham "

"Fantastic Hotel. Great location, Lovely room. A great Bar, but didn’t stay in there long as it was just way too expensive. Lovely staff. Such a shame about the guest prices, I can’t comment on the Breakfast, again it was extortionately priced, but no issue as there are amazing local dining options all within easy walking distance!! Room Service is questionable? We tried getting food / snacks later on but “the kitchen was closed”? Would be so easy for a Hotel like this to offer an all night cold sandwich menu. A tip for visitors would be to eat early as unless you want an over the counter Kebab, getting food later on (after 9PM) seems to be a common problem anywhere in Birmingham city centre. Despite the negatives, we’d definitely stay again. Birmingham city centre is fantastic!! "
