"The hotel was disgustingly. It stank of cigarettes. Chose it as conveniently close to Anfield for a match we were attending. The room was filthy. Dust everywhere No bin. No tea or coffee facilities as advertised. Not even a bin in the room. Tv didn’t work. Only 1 towel for 2 of us. Bathroom dusty and shower was filthy. Toilet cistern dripped all night. Couldn’t wait to leave. Please avoid."

"This is a house of multiple occupants- shared corridors, these are not well maintained, with bare floors and scruffy areas. Other rooms had blaring music as we walked past. We don’t stay and decided to stay somewhere else instead "

"La casa è adatta a ospitare non più di 10 persone, noi eravamo in 12 e, nonostante gli sforzi apprezzabili della proprietaria Cassie che si è dimostrata gentilissima, abbiamo dovuto affittare una seconda sistemazione. Per il resto, la casa è vicina ad Anfield e per il nostro scopo (addio al celibato con 12 ragazzi sui 35 anni) si è dimostrata più che adatta. Non consigliabile per soggiorni lunghi o per famiglie."

I booked the standard apartment (they mentioned they have private bathroom in the listing) after went there they told that there is no private bathrooms. "

"I booked a low value room, so really got what I expected. Had hot water a bed and parking. I only stayed one night leaving early the next morning so fine for what I needed. Had issue with TV remote which staff sorted quickly. "

"On our original room that we had booked , our door wouldn't lock , we had a heplful man who didn't work at the property change us too a room , however this wasn't clean. The toilet had stains on and the sheets had bugs on. Overall disappointed with or stay"

"The apartment is in a very convenient location. It is comfortable. However, it is extremely noisy at night. Lots of partying into the early morning and the bedroom windows are single pane. If you are looking for a quiet place to sleep, this is not it. "
