"We had so many issues with this rental. The biggest issue was NO HOT WATER for 3 of the 4 days of our stay due to the boiler breaking. The sofa had 2 cushions turned over as one was dirty and badly stained the other had 2 cigarette burns despite the apartment being smoke free. The deck outside had a tile broken as the tiles weren't placed on a flat surface and a caution sign on the door not to go out there. There were black scuffs on the walls and the fans looked like they hadn't been cleaned in...
