"Fabulous house with amazing views! 19 of us stayed at the property, ages ranging from 3- 65! The house is spacious and well equipped white a lovely outdoor area and bbq! We all loved the hot tub and swimming pool. Would love to visit again!"

"Fabulous place for a large family get together. Really lovely property in a great location. Any problems were fixed promptly. Well kitted out kitchen and the hot tub was a big hit. Nice touches like a toy cupboard to keep little ones occupied.Plenty of space outside for children to play and explore."

"This is the cleanest property I have stayed at. Great view from the bedroom. Owner was very nice and communicative. He left biscuits and a bottle of wine for us! A great property to stay at if you’re passing thru the Cotswolds and/or headed to Bath. "

"I spent the most wonderful week at Little Lemhill Farm Cottage. The cottage is on a beautiful Cotswold farm, that is surrounded by beautiful gardens, trees and a pond. It's very quiet and relaxing. The cottage is beautifully decorated and comfortable, with the most heavenly beds and linens. Melanie is a wonderful, welcoming host, who provided a very helpful welcome book, chock full of great recommendations for restaurants and tips for the local areas. Her recommendations were spot on. "Great location, very quiet with beautiful walks to the lakes and surrounding village. Excellent equipped kitchen to prepare home cooked meals. Bed was very comfortable and the house was warm inside. "

"Hotel staff very welcoming and check in was excellent very quick with Grace on front desk. Very clean and tidy rooms with plenty of tea and coffees. Powerful shower which is good to have. Delicious Gigantic fish and chips! Lovely grounds to walk in and great venue for weddings. Stayed here before can highly recommend. Plenty of Free parking "
