Edward and his wife were especially wonderful — not only did they wait for me, but they are an extremely kind couple who provide excellent service and make you feel truly welcome. I also forgot my AirPods at the hotel, and they are making arrangements to return them to the USA. Their honesty, care, and professionalism really stood out.
