Hot tub is just a hot tub - not one with bubbles! so don't look for a button to press lol Very peaceful. If you go with kids (i went with teenager) then maybe take a laptop to watch netflix etc on. wifi connection great. "The shepherds hut is in a beautiful rural position with excellent views. It is extremely clean, well equipped and comfortable. You have a lovely terrace, a garden area with a picnic table and fire pit. With peacocks and alpacas to watch it really is a fantastic rural experience. The owners Carol and Don are really helpful and friendly. We would certainly return and recommend."

"This was our first time staying here and it certainly won't be our last. The shepherd's hut is beautifully decorated and has such a cosy and comfortable feel to it. The under floor heating kept it lovely and warm too despite the snow outside (which also made it super pretty). "Lovely spot to stop at in NWales, ideal for a days out. 1 hr to Kings Docks in L’pool, 1+hr to Trearddur Bay and Harlech Beach. Perfect location as very close to dual carriageway and easy to jump on main road - within 4-5 minutes. Consequently, murmur of road noise always present. If you are out and about, and like to drive to places, I 100% recommend. Clean and tidy, helpful host, overall nice stay."

"It was more affordable than other places near the centre, only 5-10 minutes walk to Lime Street station. The apartment was clean and quiet too and check-in was straight forward. Only issue I had was a very uncomfortable bed that made a lot of noise every time you moved because it was a fold-away bed. They had put a mattress topper on to try and help but did not sleep well. Fine for one night but I wouldn't want to sleep there for consecutive nights on that bed. "

"Easy check-in. We arrived an hour early as I thought check-in was 2pm not 3pm but our room wasn’t ready but we were able to store our luggage with reception whilst we went to eat lunch.
