The friendly staff , gardens, breakfast buffet, and location are the most notable things about IBIS Bangkok Riverside.Keep in mind that this is a budget hotel. The rooms are basic. Don’t expect 5 star hotel amenities. Staff and services are excellent. I’ve stayed here at least 40 times and have no complaints. Great value for this location by the river in Bangkok. "Hugely overpriced. The property has been allowed to reach a run down state. Because I took the key away with me during the day the room could not be cleaned. Looking at the furnishings I would say that this was once quite a nice hotel. Overall experience...disappointing. "
