I didnt realize her contact & 24hour contact didn't work, so we took long time to check-in (Guimaraes might be a safe place, but...😥😫) Also "the reception opens at 10am" is too late. the price is really reasonable if guests don't do late-check-in. "Super location. The breakfast was served on an elegant table setting. The gentleman who served breakfast was very professional and friendly. All of the staff were very helpful. Great bed and shower. The only improvement that would nice would be to replace the aging carpet in the room with a hard surface floor. We highly recommend this hotel. "

"Good location close to the Coastal Camino. General facilities were good. My room had a couple of walk areas that looked wet from water leak. Room service did not make my room till after 4pm I asked the front desk to make it at 3pm and was waiting in their gym for it to be made. 4pm and it’s still not made. Quite unusual. "
