"Cozy place, good rated"

"Ancienne ferme bien rénovée avec chambres spacieuses, très calme, joli jardin, très bon accueil et petits déjeuners copieux. Idéalement situé entre les parcs de Gorbeia, Urkiola, et à 10 minutes de Vitoria Gasteiz pour ses musées, bars et restaurants"

"Calme, propre, moderne, cuisine à disposition "

"Everything was perfect. clean, large rooms. We enjoyed our stay in the appartment."

"Very well maintained house, spotlessly clean. Very friendly and welcoming host. Great house which has everything you need and a lovely garden. We had a wonderful stay there and made visits to cities of Bilbao and Vitoria-Gasteiz which are both at short distance. The Gorbeia natural park is so nearby and a great place for hikes. Bakery, groceries and a couple of restaurants are at walking distance from the house. Highly recommended house and area!"

"The staff were extremely helpful during Check-in, and took the time to explain how the parking worked, restaurant recommendations, etc. Would definitely return to this hotel!"

"It’s a good location"

"Very nice hotel at the price. The room was comfortable and the staff helpful. The bathroom floor was dirty which we discovered cleaning a slow leak from the sink. The parking was full when we arrived from dinner due to a private party on the property. The front desk staff was accommodating offering me a spot in the no parking area. Would recommend for a value stay in the Rioja area."

"Absolutely incredible accommodation with character and charm mixing history and modernity perfectly. Only wish we could have stayed longer!"

"Lovely hotel with fresh and modern feeling. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good"

"Great apartments. Loads of space and really well equipped. Being over 60 we struggled a bit initially with the online registration process, but fortunately there was someone on hand at reception to guide us. Welcome pack with water and milk was a nice touch. try and ask for a room at the back of the hotel as the main road is quite noisy at the front from early morning."

"The staff were very friendly and the service was excellent. Beautiful rooms and a short walk into town."

"I always stay here when i come to vitoria "
