"It's my 4th stay in this hotel. The rooms are being renovated and improved from 1 stay to another. This time, I also got upgraded with no extra charge for an amazing suit. The only problems were that the water in the shower wasn't hot enough. Also, the water stream in the taps were very weak. Other than that, the service, the air conditioner, the bed, the space, the cleaning and anything else was amazing. Thanks for a great stay"

With direct access to Dubai Mall and a variety of excellent restaurants nearby, it could not have been more convenient. The pool area is absolutely stunning, and with the magnificent Burj Khalifa view, the atmosphere felt almost like staying in a fairytale castle. We celebrated our honeymoon here, and the staff went above and beyond to make it memorable. Our room was beautifully decorated with fresh flowers, a delicious cake, and seasonal fruits, creating such a warm and thoughtful welcome. Palace Downtown exceeded all of our expectations, and we look forward to returning. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and truly special stay in Dubai."
