Everyone went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was handled smoothly and thoughtfully. A very special thank you to Grace, who went truly above and beyond in assisting us with transportation coordination and even arranging delivery of critical ID cards to Ninh Binh after we had already checked out — more than 24 hours later. This level of follow-through and care is a strong testament to Solaria’s outstanding concierge and customer service culture. It is rare to find a hotel that maintains such high standards of service across multiple stays. "Great staff, great location, great amenities! Clean hotel with a delicious breakfast buffet. The balcony was awesome to see the motorbikes cursing down the street. Comfortable bed, and cool little sitting area to unwind after a long day of exploring. "

"L'Hotel du Lac was a real gem of a hotel in the old town Hanoi. Very close to super good restaurants and other attractions. The staff, tha includes every single soul that works at the hotel was super friendly and made sure you were comfortabke and happy. The rooms were very clean and well equipped. Now to the breakfast, this was he other highlight besides the room, a' la carte' and buffet included in the room, fantastic. Highly recommended!!"

"Room was great. Staff were extremely accommodating. I booked the room minutes before arriving because the hotel prior catfished me and they were so helpful when I arrived extremely frantic. This hotel the photos look just like the rooms and the staff go above and beyond. Definitely recommend this hotel"
